Hi! I'm Kristin
Planner. Problem-solver. Trusted partner for life’s meaningful moments.
What I'm All About
I wear a lot of hats—event planner, real estate associate broker, renovation & staging consultant, community builder—but the common thread in everything I do is helping people bring their vision to life.
Whether you’re hosting a celebration, renovating a space, buying or selling a home, or building something bigger than yourself, I bring structure, creativity, and calm energy to make the process feel seamless.

I’m the one who sees the details you didn’t know needed attention—and handles them before you even ask. My goal isn’t just to help you get things done, but to help you feel good while doing them.
What I Really Do
I help people bring calm to the overwhelm, polish to the process, and meaning to the moments that matter most. Whether I’m managing a project, coordinating a celebration, staging a home, or mentoring a fellow agent, my role stays the same: I show up with heart, strategy, and a knack for getting things done—beautifully.

My work lives in the details. The extra touches. The things you didn’t have time to think about but will always remember. I’m here to make sure you feel supported, prepared, and proud of what you’re creating—no matter what chapter of life you’re in.
Why Everyone Needs a Kristin
Everyone needs someone who sees the whole picture and sweats the small stuff. Someone who brings order to the complicated, beauty to the details, and backup plans to the party. The one who shows up with clarity when things feel overwhelming—and stays until it’s handled.
“It’s not about being everything to everyone.
It’s about showing up in the moment that matters.”
That’s who I am. “Everyone Needs a Kristin” isn’t a tagline. It’s a promise—and a practice. It’s how I work, how I lead, and how I live: with intention, presence, and follow-through that turns plans into impact.

That’s the heartbeat of what I do. Whether I’m elevating an experience, simplifying a process, or helping you begin again—I’m here to make it feel less like a task list, and more like a turning point.

A Little About My Journey
Before Everyone Needs a Kristin became a brand, it was just who I’ve always been. I was born and raised in Rockland County in the beautiful Lower Hudson Valley of NY, spending summers and holidays on Hilton Head Island, in the heart of South Carolina's Low Country. I have been shaped by a strong sense of community and a love of bringing people together. I didn’t start out knowing exactly where I’d land — I thought I was on track to be an attorney — but every chapter of my life pointed me back to the same thing: turning the overwhelm into ease, creating beauty, and helping people feel cared for, seen, and supported.

From planning fundraisers at a local university to opening high-end restaurants across three counties… from growing a top-producing real estate team to launching a remodeling business with my partner… from staging homes to building community to hosting massive backyard parties… I’ve done a little bit of everything — and I’ve loved all of it. I used to think I needed to choose one lane. Now I know: this is the lane.

“Everyone Needs a Kristin” came from a compliment I’ll never forget—something a friend once said to me, half laughing but fully serious. I had just organized our entire summer (complete with a color-coded calendar of events with dates, times and locations for the upcoming 3 months of activities! Lol)—themed bar crawls, tubing trips, birthday dinners, concerts, beach days, even a 20-person trip to Aruba. He turned to me and said, “You know... everyone needs a Kristin.” It wasn’t a business idea at the time, just something that stuck. But it stuck because it was true.

This brand exists because life doesn’t come in neat categories. It’s real and layered and evolving — just like we are. And now, I get to bring all the pieces together under one roof, in a way that makes sense not just for me, but for everyone I get to help.
A Few Things That Make Me, Me

I believe grazing tables are an art form

I live for a good checklist almost as much as a good glass of wine

I’m part of a beautifully blended family with my partner, three amazing kids, our dog, and a very full calendar

I create fun, memorable moments for my friends just like I do for my clients—because thoughtful planning doesn’t stop when the workday ends

I keep a beautifully color-coded Google Calendar that’s so intense it makes people’s eyes glaze over (and I take that as a compliment)

My favorite role? Being the person you call when you need ideas, order, energy… or snacks
