From extra hands during a party, to beautifully styled grazing tables, to full event flow support, Zella helps take the pressure off so you can actually enjoy your gathering.

This is not catering. It’s thoughtful planning, setup, and execution — handled calmly and intentionally.

Ways to Work With Zella

​

Zella Party Support (Hourly)

Extra hands so you can enjoy your event.
Onsite help with setup, replenishing, light tidying, and overall flow using client-provided food and drinks.
3-hour minimum.

Zella Signature Setup

The grazing table — handled beautifully.
Includes planning, food shopping for a signature grazing table (food reimbursed at cost), and thoughtful styling using Zella boards and serving pieces.
Setup only; no party-time support.

Zella Moments Experience

You host. Zella handles the flow.
Includes everything in Signature Setup, plus onsite party support, styling of adjacent areas (buffet, dessert, beverage stations), and breakdown of Zella items so you can enjoy your event without hovering.

 

Zella Elevated Moments Concierge (Custom)

For hosts who don’t want to handle anything — before, during, or after.
Custom-scoped support including extended planning, additional shopping coordination, vendor coordination, extended onsite presence, and full event execution based on the scope of the celebration.
