Zella Party Support (Hourly)

Extra hands so you can enjoy your event.

Onsite assistance with setup, replenishing food and beverages, light tidying, and maintaining overall flow using client-provided food and drinks.

​

Ideal for hosts who have planned the gathering but want support ensuring everything runs smoothly.

3-hour minimum.

​

Zella Signature Setup

The grazing table — handled beautifully.

Includes menu planning, food shopping for a signature grazing table (food reimbursed at cost), and thoughtful styling using Zella boards and serving pieces.

Setup is completed prior to guest arrival so you can focus on hosting.

​

Ideal for gatherings where you want something visually special without needing full catering.

​

Zella Moments Experience

You host. Zella handles the flow.

Includes everything in Signature Setup, plus onsite event support, styling of adjacent areas (buffet, dessert, beverage stations), and breakdown of Zella items so you can remain fully present with your guests.

A seamless option for hosts who want both beautiful presentation and calm support throughout the gathering.

​

Zella Elevated Moments Concierge (Custom)

For hosts who prefer not to manage logistics before, during, or after the event.

Custom-scoped support may include:
